Dalyan sees most visitors between April and October. We usually open from 1st April and close at the end of October although we welcome visitors late March if there is demand for rooms. Direct flights start towards the end of March or the beginning of April and finish late October/early November.
When to visit really depends on what you are looking for out of your holiday. Spring and autumn naturally see more varied weather and lower temperatures than the hotter months of the summer. So for those looking for activity breaks including, walking, cycling , sight-seeing and bird watching it may be more comfortable to visit earlier in the season April and early May or late September through to the end of October. Expected rainy days per month are still pretty low, in single figures during these periods.
Temperatures and sunshine filled days continue to rise though mid May and June to their peak in July and August. For those who love the sun and warmer temperatures (mid thirties) July and August deliver, the pool and sea are warm, there is continuous guaranteed sunshine and the evenings remain warm and balmy.
Although trips may be less frequent at either end of the tourist season, you will be able to take excursions throughout including boat trips which are available all the way through from April to October.
Thanks so much for such a wonderful holiday. The hotel is the perfect place to relax – we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We have never stayed anywhere with such friendly hosts - you have made our stay so enjoyable. We will be back! Thanks so much! xxx
